SERVICE RE-DO & RETAIL RETURN POLICY

 I strive to offer my guests the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your new hair, let me know within 7 days of your visit and I'm happy to make adjustments with no additional charge.

Should you make a retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with, I will accept retail exchanges at full credit for 90 days from your initial purchase. 

CANCELLATIONS

In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options to my guests and hold my business to the highest standard, I do require 48 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit with me. Should you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, a 50% of appointment fee will be deducted from the card you're required to put on file. 

PREMIUM RATE 

Off hours appointments may be made.  Charges are 1.5X that for the regular service

  Ex: 1 hr haircut $90

1 hr haircut ($90) x 1.5 = $135
